Lots of people have different ideas about how to make extensions and everything but I haven't seen much about washing your scalp while wearing them. So if you're a noob like me and aren't sure what to do I found this tutorial helped

It's from Squeak Machine, I love that site, there's lots of good tutorials on there for the basic stuff.

Re: Washing your scalp
Oh I thought this tut worked for both :/xalternmommyx wrote:i know i've posted her tut link for synth washing questions but isnt it different to was with wool? i've always been super careful not to get roving wet being terrified it wont dry completely and get icky.
On the site it just has the one and doesn't specify what kinda dread's they're for
I'm no expert but I thought wool dreads would be fine just getting a little wet, and you can dry them with a hair dryer on a low heat. I mean they get wet when you're making them so as long as you make sure you dry them well I don't see why they'd get icky. But as I said I'm a noob haha.
