First Set

Post by Sika88 » Thu Apr 28, 2011 4:41 am

Hiya!
First time posting here...and I shall be posting my first set!
I made this set for an Ozzy concert, and had planned to have them actually installed, however, my friend who was going to install them was unable to do so. Ended up wearing them by attaching them to 2 buns at the back of my head, attempting a layered look. :3
On to the pics!
I originally backcombed then sealed them with my fabric steamer but achieved a very loose dread that stuck easily to the other dreads.

so then I re-sealed them by using boiling water, getting a much better and tighter seal.

As I said before, wore them on looping them onto buns at the back of my head :3

Thanks for looking!

Good work :)

The only thing I have to say is trim the ends off above where you held them with pliers ^_^

Fabulous, uniform dreads and attempting transitional first time is always commendable! Like the others said, trim the ends and that's it :D
