Making a Wig Soon...Need help.

Post by Zee Byte » Sat Jan 22, 2011 7:00 am

I'm going to be making my first wig very soon and I need help deciding a good colour combination. I'm strapped for money, so I can't of course experiment (BLAST!). I've already decided that I want the wig base to be turquoise. I know pink would automatically go well with that colour. I was thinking mix in some yellow as well. But I was curious to hear anyone else's thoughts and opinions on the colour scheme. What did you find looked great with turquoise?

Also, with the first time of making a wig in my mind, what was your favourite ways of installing the dreads to the wig?

:3 I think the ultimate colour scheme I've decided on is going to be turquoise, dark blue, yellow, pink, with a very few hints of orange.

I tend to mix in purple with a pink/turquoise/yellow color scheme. Something bright and poppy. Also black and white/blonde accents never hurt either.
