dreads over the years...
i started wearing dreads extensions when i was about 14 (im now 18) so this is my hair time line...
first install when i was about 14... black and blue elysee stars with blond human hair fringe (my hair was brown) what was i thinking...
then i bleached the front of my hair blond and added some purple stubby dreads in there. i was drunk on this picture. O2 festival
skip ahead a year... dyed my hair dark brown and got a V fringe. decided cyberlox were a good idea. i was mistaken. me on the right.
then bought roving dreads of cherry_scented_stars, they weren't even rolled they were just big puffs of wool. so i cut them short and rolled and sealed (?) them myself.
manky purple fringe
then i bought a dread kit from Gee
and dyed my fringe neon yellow
then i started making my own dreads... super far pink ones and black fat dreads
made my boyfriends and mine
had another go at roving for my friend Jizz
Linda made me some gorgeous petrol green dreads and i wanted more, so i made these myself to go with the ones she made me
my boy then dyed his hair black and wanted black to red transitionals
this is when i was working on about 4 sets at once!
burgundy installed
set for Zombee
then came the glastonbury hair
Toby's Infest dreads. black to silver transitionals
Jizz's Infest dreads. blue, white and silver. she let me do what i wanted with these
and my orangey-yellow accents in my real dreads
PHEW!
