Hey ladies,

I have created many things with wool and felting, although I have never made roving wool dreads before....

Please let me know what you guys think....I wanted smooth thick dreads, but with organic bits.....think I pulled it off ok!










Held up to my head to see the length....


Here I mixed in some purple/pink rovings,synthetic pink dreads and thick synthetic black dreads to give a mix media, textured bundle!



I can't wear them as I have brown hair....haha...I just looove pink! hehe!

Those fluffy bits will probably felt on to the other dreads, or maybe fall off.

Right, ok. Im pretty chuffed with them for a first go though! Maybe i'll needle felt them fluffy bits on.

They look lovely and snuggly, I like the added organic bits. But just to warn you I installed some roving dread that look like they were similar poofyness as yours and they went a bit bobbly rather quickly. I was most upset! They would make lush falls though if you dont wanna risk wrecking them
