First single enders!

Hello! I just joined the hair extension form not so long ago, Although I have been a long time lurker. I've been making dreads for a couple years on and off but I would love to get the opinions of some fellow dreaders.

I have just finished a couple sets, trying to use up some extra bags of kanekalon I had laying around my room. These are my first ever attempts and single enders.

The first set I wore for a few weeks, I didn't seal the ends too crazy because I wanted them to be soft (or maybe I was lazy? Hahah oh well they were for me!)




I think the second set turned out a little better:

The first set could use a little more sealing at the ends, but other than that I think they look great

Let me put it this way...

If I had blonde hair, I would totally wear the blonde > blue, yellow and green transitionals and flaunt them silly

Mmm I'm in love with that blonde set with all the colours. Those would A-ma-zin-g under a black light!
But I think the first set would look really cute as a set of curlies. But I'm just a huge curly-dread fan.

I just figured out ends...today and I found that if you seal them really nice and tight you can always dip them in boiling water for a second or two and it'll soften them up. But that's with the wispy ends I've been trying to perfect for the longest time.

Candied_Angel, I will have to try that with the ends next time I install them! Curled dreads are always SO cute. I think that one set would look pretty good curled too, or perhaps wavy. I made a set of dreads for my high school grad and curled them at the last second!



I'm not so sure about how I left a few on the top layer straight. But that was already like 2 years ago now. Back in the day, lol.
