That's more than cheap. I'd say it was pretty distasteful. If it were me, I would let the owner know that there are similar laws governing the sale of hair as govern the sale of underwear. I sure wouldn't buy knickers that had been soaked in a substance and cut up.

I'm never going to complain about how much I spend on KK ever again. I think the most I ever spent on a bag was $2.50 USD
