First dreads - pictures working! :)
Hi ladies!
So, I just made my first dreads, they are solid black ones. I got about 8 or 9 dreads out of one pack of KK ( hair cut on half) so my first question is if you get that numberof dreads, according to the thickness you'll se on the pics. I allready installed them to my friend but I didn't take pictures cuz it was a partial install and I only had a phone so you couldn't really see dreads between her hair on pics. They came out really stiff and smooth at first so I put them in the washing machine because I thought if they'd be more fuzzy it would look more natural with her natural hair. I understand they are not perfect, so I'd like to know what do you think, since you're experts and all... All in all, I think they came out very well, for the first try anyway.
And sorry for my English, I'm trying
Oh, and for some reason photobucket chopped the pictures. -.-

You need to upload the pictures to be able to post them; you can't link directly to your e-mail account.

the dreads look good from what i can tell, but the ends are really choppy/blunt for my liking but some like that look.

I agree about the ends, I wasn't a fan of whispy thin tip'd dreads but it REALLY helps with keeping them together. Basically you just need to keep twisting until you cant no more, real thin. Careful for your fingers tho.

Taper out those ends a bit more, and they will be perfect - you've got the smooth uniform look down perfect

I agree with geneticphreak. Your look is nice, uniform and smooth. VERY GOOD! Took me forever to get that one down. I still have issues with it.

They look pretty solid from what I can see. Good job. Personally, I would taper the ends. You'll notice they hold up for a lot longer.
