I dont know if this is valid really but it would help me a great deal if i was considering buying from them.
I won this on ebay for £17 -
http://www.corsetcurves.com/getimage.aspx?imageid=960&size=large&dimensions=500&Product=Freya-Red
Exact one, with labels etc.
RRP on their site is £130
Its nothing but a glorified cheapo corset with a busk. They advertise on their site as -
'The Freya is a stunningly eye catching corset. With a balconette look created by its straight neckline, elegant black stripes lengthening the body and creating provocative curves, and a hemline coming provocatively to a point low on the tummy, it is a versatile, sexy and head-turning corset. Traditionally made with spiral steel boning, it is finished here in duchess satin in sexy, sultry red. '
Which to me, is a tightlacing corset. It is not!!!!!!
The quality itself is good, the only thing steel i the busk. The other boning is crap. Ive laced a little and i can feel that its uncomfortable, unsupportive and deffo not suitable for anything other than wearing as a top
Dont get me wrong, it is very pretty. But its weaker than a £20 punk69 corset structually, and £110 more expensive!!!!
Dont buy from them unless you want somthing you can wear as a top. Stupidly overpriced basques imo!
Sorry for the rant not blaming the ebay seller at all, she didnt know what a tightlacing corset was _________________ Check out my Ebay Store HERE!

so sorry you were stung- if you are looking for a good corset with proper boning and you are willing to pay that amount of money- Snobz are a great company- my friend at http://www.gothichaven.com sells them.
There are so many wanna be corsets out there it is a shame.
It is even worse when you get £20 quality from one so expensive.
Thank god you only paid the price of a fairly cheap top! _________________ Rupunzel,Rupunzel, let down your woolly hair!

Was it listed for £17? I have bought these cheap corsets off ebay before (not that one, or from this seller) and generally you do get what you pay for. It probably does have an RRP of £130 but that doesn't mean anyone would ever pay that for it. You always have to consider if the RRP is so high why are they selling so cheap on ebay?
Not that they should lie of course and if they say it has spiral steel boning and it doesn't then you could file a claim with paypal _________________ MissAnthropik |

spiral boning IS made of steel, but its very flexible, more flexible than plastic. its not meant to give you a big waist reduction. so the site is probably not lying, maybe next time you should look into this stuff more. what you need is called spring steel boning.
and by the way just bc a corset has steel boning it doesnt mean that its good for tightlacing. _________________ http://dare2wear.hu
