My fiance and I looked at them once, he says they're torch welding/brazing goggles and can be found at tool supply type places.
Here's a pair on Amazon:

my post seems to haven't work!
anyway i know you mention 'cheap googles" but to me all his a matter of what you pay in comparison of the quality and what your personnal taste are.
Perosnally i don't like cyx style of google or the one with ready bought frames (the frames they use are sold in any mecanic catalog for £2)..these frames are light and cheap...You could still do that and add what you want inside.
I know a designer in uk selling hand-machined googles = he does everything from a round of aluminium. This is the one i like better and i saved for them .
They are heavy which is what i like. You can choose different colours for the lenses and frames. You have slides to put inside that you can change as well..the cheapest ate £40 but to me it is more like a piece of jewellry so it was worthy of it!!!

if you are in us there is a guy selling them too (these ones),shipping may be cheaper?

off course i understand .It isn't the same to do one on your own..even though these ones can be personnalised the same .
I would recommand you to look for safety glasses.I will try to find the online catalog where i saw some..they are just the frame then you do what you like. _________________ xx |

found the name again ! they are really cheap quality = so very cheap price and well everyone can customize them.
ok they are called welding googles so you can type that into google.
for ex 7$ here
http://www.daggertools.com/m5_view_item.html?m5:item=WG6G
with that you should be able to find a frame no matter where you live and do what you want _________________ xx |
