I know several of you already use Fyrrinae cosmetics, and I just wanted to add how impressed I am with both the service and the products they offer. I first ordered back in august, and sadly my parcel never arrived I contacted them, and they asked me to wait one more week and if it still hadn't shown to get in contact with them It didn't turn up, I mailed them to let them know, and instantly they refunded my payment - which I hadn't even asked them to! Needless to say I put the money straight back into a repeat order as I was determined to get some sparkles! This time the goods turned up, and boy was it all worth the wait! The colours are amazing, in fact out of about 15 samples there was only one I wasn't particularly taken with, but hey, for 75p who cares?!
I also got 2 free samples, neither product i'd have considered but both were wicked!
Once I've tried them out I'll post my review in the cosmetics section, but for customer care, these people are the bees nees _________________ Every electronic word I read fries my brain a little more....eventually you will all be able to understand me.... |

I agree! They've sent me a few free samples and I ended up falling in love with one of them. I buy a full thing of it every few months I use so much! They seem to have STELLER customer service from what I've experienced. _________________ Hair Enigma - HE Myspace

Synthetik Ecstasy, they come in 3 gram jars, but the colour payment/ pigmentation is so high they will last you aaaaages.
I point blank adore this company. Great products, great site, friendly staff and brilliant customer service. _________________ Dysphoria.Possessed [Premade dreads, clothes and accessories.] |

Wow what beautiful cosmetics - thank for the tip, I will be ordering from them shortly! I would also be interested in how long they took to get the goods to you from the US to the UK? _________________ Claire Calavera = Knotty but nice!

I think about 4 weeks from ordering to receiving it - not bad considering they're always making it fresh! They email you when it has been shipped and you can check the progress of the order on their site. I know at the minute they are having a huge amount of orders so things are taking a little longer, but if you're at all worried do contact them as they're super helpful!
Of course our postal strikes aren't going to help either _________________ Every electronic word I read fries my brain a little more....eventually you will all be able to understand me.... |

I thought I'd mention something on the sample/full sizes.
I've purchased quite a few of each.
With daily use of a sample as a base color I have have made it almost 4 months before running out.
With daily use of a full size as a base color I can make it over a year without needing to reorder.
I've you've ever had those small jars that MAC samples come in, for example, that's what this comes in. A sample tends to range in amount and I've found on average there's somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of a jar in a sample. A full size is actually INSANELY packed.
I would expect to pay a lot more for them just based on amount alone. The samples are worth something closer to $4 and the full size closer to $10-$15 in my opinion.
I've also found that in general they are much nicer than MAC, have a wider range of colors than MAC, and are more skin friendly than MAC. They work well dry or wet.
A really nice thing about the website is, for the most part, shadows/pigments include a photo of what it will look like dry and wet. Obviously it's subjective to your skintone, but it's still awesome to have as a reference. They also tell you if the pigment has a blue hue, or a pink hue, or what have you. I've bought several whites from them with different hues and they turned out exactly as the site predicted.
I've also tried the color changing liners and liked them quite a bit
The only negative thing I have to say about them is their scent line, which I think they may be discontinuing. I've got several scents from them, all of which were rather unappealing. Partially my fault for ordering them without being able to smell them, but I would stray away from most of their perfumes/oils. =P _________________ Hair Enigma - HE Myspace

It's very silky and has a roll on aplicator. When i used it I just rolled some on and then spread it out with my finger tip. A little bit goes a long way! I does help with the pigment application making it adhear a bit better and making the color pop more. _________________ ~The Mistress of Happiness~ |

They're designing some new shades or eyeshadows and I think more of the colour changing eyeliners too - as soon as the new stock is in I'm going to have to make another order! _________________ Every electronic word I read fries my brain a little more....eventually you will all be able to understand me.... |
